Position NeoAsia as an AI leader in the medical device distribution industry by enabling 20 key people to independently design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions.
A structured assessment before the programme begins, covering two areas:
Half-day on-site with the data scientist, IT Manager, and key stakeholders.
A 12-month programme training 20 key people in two batches of 10, from AI fundamentals to production deployment.
Participants learn where AI creates value and how to design the bridge from human processes to AI-powered operations.
Workshop What is AI, what are agents, what's possible. Live demos. Use case evaluation: feasibility, impact, data readiness.
On-the-Job Map 2-3 processes. Write use case brief with data requirements and context definition.
Reflection Peer review of process maps and use case briefs. DS/IT feasibility feedback.
Workshop How agents use context — documents, databases, APIs. Data quality. Human-to-AI-Agent Framework. System & user prompt design.
On-the-Job Map data sources with DS. Define agent context. Build knowledge base structure.
Reflection Present context maps. DS validates data availability.
The programme is designed to be co-funded through the EDB Training Grant, dramatically reducing NeoAsia's net investment.
Adjust the number of trainees and on-the-job training intensity to see how the grant offsets programme costs.
